Also, i'd probably just fold pf against an UTG open with those stats.

preflop isn't standard for me.. I do it every now and then against this opponent.

true, but I think in this case it's fine because of donk's presence in the pot.

Also sample size for stats is small, although maybe that's more of a reason to be cautious?
