Default TPTK facing a flop miniraise

Villain is 46/21/1.51
What's the best line here?
Calling a flop miniraise and checking the turn we let draws have a free card. Maybe 3-bet/fold flop is a better option?

I think villain could have any ace on the flop. Looks like a terribly loose calling station. Calling looks good because I don't think he is min-raising with a heart draw.

Checking the turn for pot control isn't bad. You could also value bet $10-$15. I would fold to a turn raise though.

I would bet the river for value as well. Donks with these stats will call with any ace.
