UB Software help please

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, but while playing the stats on my hud don't update. It works perfect on FTP and PS, it also works while datamining, but won't update while actually playing on UB.

I'm attempting to use Realtime +Ultimate History as the grabber + Holdem Manager

Ultimate History I have it set to the default of where UB saves hands to "my documents/my hand histories"

Realtime I have it set as..
Your History Folder >> "my documents/my hand histories"
Archived history Folder >> Folder I created in C drive
My SN
Clicked to move processed hand histories

Could someone please help, thank you.

P.S. I'm sure it's very easily fixed, but I am stupid with this stuff
