bet more PF. raise more on flop. everything else is standard. i might have folded turn but i doubt it.

Please raise the pot preflop. AK is a premium hand and you want to raise the max to build a pot for when you hit, get the hand heads-up, and gain initiative on the flop so a cbet takes it down more. Raise pot on the flop as well. You've got top 2 on a very scary board, and a Q or J coming down will make you uneasy.



As played, I probably fold the turn. I hate it, but I'm learning that when bet sizes change this drastically, there's a reason for it. He could just be taking advantage of the scary board (or maybe he just likes to bet), but I think it's more likely he's got something like QK/QT and is valuebetting the straight. If the board weren't so nasty, I'd get it in 100% of the time.
