Default Should I call here? MTT FT w/crapshoot blinds

Hi guys, this hand came up last wednesday in a MTT in my local b&m and I was undecided on what to do.

Situation:

Final table, crapshoot blinds at 3000-6000. Winnar gets 4400, place 5 about 800 or so.

Stacksizes (I think they were about this)

UTG: ~12k
CO: 13,7k (correct)
BTN: ~25k
SB: ~25k behind after posting blind
Hero (BB): ~31k behind after posting blind

UTG is a solid player and will probably shove any two. CO is young, unexperienced player who made some mistakes, but plays ok overall.

The action:

UTG shoves, CO overshoves. UTG has the aforementioned any two and CO has a legitimate hand, considering the way he has been playing. BTN and SB are folding to me. It's 7,4k extra to call in a ~35k pot.

I've got 93o.

An addition: when I was deciding I considered the fact that I was covering BTN and SB even if I called. After recalling the hand, they might have had a little more, that's why I put them at ~25k.

Is this a call with 93o? And if I fold, which range of hands and/or which stacksize makes this a call? Input very much appreciated, thanks!
