Insta min-raises from weak tight or donk.what they usually mean?

Well did'nt know that weak tight players use insta minraises,but i saw that just recently.Here are couple of hands that happened to me

In the first case Villain 13/3 in 69 hands.Board is pretty dry except flush draw,so i figured that he could do it with mid pair 77-1010 or maybe even QQ.But looks like he has K
after he 5 bet me.What do you think?
In second case Villain played 23/6 100 hands.Didn't figured him on flush or set because of that speed with which he raised me.So i decided that i should play my draw aggresively and he would not continue here with top pair on that board.But he did.Suppose he had smth like AK,KQ with
clubs.What is ur opinion on that hand?
These 2 hands happened on the same table.My image was kinda loose about 27/23.
As summary here is a question:
1)Does insta min raise or check raise from weak tight means strenght?And how to proceed here with mid pair,draw,top pair?
2)Insta Min raises from donks.what do they usually mean?And what do u do if donk minraises/checkraises u instantly and u hold mid pair,draw,Top pair?

I think 3betting either hand is very spewy. Any kind of raise, be it insta/time bank/min raise/overbet, from a weak tight player deserves respect. It's not a bluff.
