Default How to loosen up my game?

I've been playing poker on the internet for 15 months now, I usually play 3k hands/month.
I have about 33k hands from 1/2 to 3/6$ limits in my PT database and I'd like to get some help, because my stats are not as good as they should be I think.
So here are some stats from the database
Total hands: 32610
VP$IP: 13.71%
Att. to steal blind: 19.87%
Went to SD: 30.60%
Won at SD: 60.00%
PF raise: 7.00%
Flop, turn, river AF: 2.30 , 2.75 , 1.93
Total AF: 2.33
BB/100: 0.89

My main problems are the low VP$IP, the low river AF and of course, the amount I win (BB/100).
Do you have any idea about how I could improve my game?
Should I play hands like QJo in middle position?
I hope someone will help me with it.

it's late position where you want to loosen up. specifically, raising more marginal hands in late position. this will increase your vpip and your pfr.

7% pfr is too low. you probably want something in the 10-12% range. right now, when you raise players are able to narrow your range down pretty tight. this means they can more correctly play against you postflop which is distinctly to your disadvantage.

also, your went to showdown is low and your win at showdown is kind of high. these numbers need to be more in the 35-38wtsd and w$sd52-55 range. it means you're folding too many winners and not showing down in marginal spots.

i'll try to think/explain more later.

IMO, you'd be better off opening your range with weaker suited hands. If the game is tight, I'm worried to death about something like QJo in MP.

Here are some position stats to make the discussion easier.
VP$IP from:
7 (off the button): 10.91%
6: 10.20%
5: 10.69%
4: 12.76%
3: 13.38%
2: 13.82%
CO: 15.19%
Button: 15.56%
SB: 20.62%
BB: 11.14%
I think it further explains my tightness.
Also, I'd like to provide some information about my table selection and about the avg. pots:
1/2$: 14.47$ (7.24BB)
2/4$: 28.38$ (7.10BB)
3/6$: 44.31$ (7.39BB)
If you consider that all, what would be the ideal VP$IP?
