Default AA facing huge overbet

ugh i hate these spots.. i only had like 30 hands on this guy and had him at about 40/13/3... i had also noted him as a guy who may stack off light after these two hands... his bet sizing and not reloading when he got somewhat short combined with the numbers made me believe he was probably not at all a strong player... so based on that info and these first two hands, whats the play in hand 3 where he changes his bet sizing?
