Preflop is ok, although if you have a lot of hands on this guy and he has those stats, I don't hate a fold either.

Flop, I think you need to check behind unless you're comfortable calling a CRAI, and against a nit I wouldn't be.

i would just check behind on the flop, and call 1 street after that. once you bet and he c/r i think a fold is best

so you say he's a nit and call the push anyway. i guess he had JTss or smt? no matter what the result, folding is still best, i think.
