Default All In w/ KK preF - Laydown?

Tulalip Casino, WA
3-5 blinds, $100 - $300 buyin NL, full table.

I have approx $375, Villain covers.
My image this night is fairly tight preflop, and probably too agg / bluffy postflop.

Villian is a young Navy dude w/ kind of a wannabe hiphop / gansta personna, complete w/ forced (IMO) inner city accent. He's been raising alot preflop w/ holdings that incl' suited low aces and the like, but the few times all the money went in he had the real goods, and has run well this session.

It's folded to me in MP and I look down and see KK. I make it $25 to go, and it is folded around to the Villian in the SB, who pauses for approx 5 sec. and raises to $50 total. The BB folds and I make it $120. Villian pauses for approx 5 sec. again and shoves it all in.

After he shoves he suddenly becomes very talkative, doing a showboat act, one minute trying to talk me into a call, then the next trying to convince me to fold.

It is this talking act that gives me pause. How many hands put in the 4th raise to all in and then feel comfortable enough to start talking nonstop?

Can a laydown here, getting approx 2 to 1 on my call, be +EV? Or is my thinking backwards? Should I be routinely making this fold when Villian is practically shouting that he has AA?
