beat: need to get refund from [censored] company

Basicly I got a month subscription to a VPN and it turned out to suck. After arguing with a pretty annoying support rep via e-mail for a long time I was told I would get my entire 2nd month back. I just got an e-mail and only received 1/2 my 2nd month.

Can I somehow take this off my credit card bill? I agreed to the subscription but I canceled it before my 2nd month. I'd want to be pretty sure I'd get the refund because I'd be basicly be saying FU to the support rep I've been dealing with.

This is the reason I don't have credit cards. This and the fact that banks don't like it when you don't have any money.

They actually refunded me double the month they promised which i'm pretty sure was an accident. they have pretty much treated me like crap so far tho. Take it or tell 'em?
