Default someone who is good with pokerstove

can someone please run this call/fold spot and the EV that goes with it, having an argument with roommate. thanks!!!

I used SnGPT and had to switch spots around so you're pushing into him in BB, but if he calls 22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs or wider it's a fold. In your scenario there's an extra 60 chips in the pot but I don't think they make much of a difference.
