$16 - rivered straight
What to do on river?
We likely have the best hand, but he raises our river bet and what if he pushes over if we reraise? Re: $16 - rivered straight
raise to 450, if he shoves I am not sure if I can muck. reads would help... I really doubt you're getting re-raised on the riv tho the way the hand is played it would have to be an extreme slowplay on a drawy flop.

Re: $16 - rivered straight
Yeah, preflop completion with suited connector is fine. It's not like he called a 200 chip bet on the flop with air trying for the straight. I would actually bet the turn though with an OESD. Nobody has showed any strength, and you could maybe get someone with A hi to call you down, and if you don't hit the river probably get a check/check, but someone would probably call a turn bet - if you hit, you just got more chips, and if you don't, you lose a bit.
I would raise to ~500 on the river and if he shoves, insta call. I doubt he would slowplay a boat like he did - too big of a chance with so many people checking around. |

Re: $16 - rivered straight
I also call pf, its only 10 chips in a multiway pot (doesn't matter much either way). With the river I also like a raise instead of shoving. You want worse hands to call along with the times he happens to have something better, you're more likely to get paid off with a smaller bet. Call if he shoves.

Re: $16 - rivered straight
raise, the hand was played so passively that theres way too much value in raising to consider any other move. the reality of it is the majority of his range here folds or calls when you rr river.
