Default fundemental question... TT

I know villian is solid here, so the range is pretty much AK and QQ+, or maybe JJ.

standard for setvalue / shutdown value? Do I need to feel out if she has AK on a raggy flop? Or should I be folding preflop?

OK so problem with HH converter, but anyway, one limper I make it 80 (4BB), and solid player reraises to 300. Am I calling? if yes, how am I playing a raggy flop, or a J/Q hi flop?
