100NL River overbet in 3-bet pot

Villian here usually has pretty nitty stats. However lately he has been 3-betting the heck outta me (I run 28/22/4) and I have caught him light a couple times. I call pre here because of that, cause he made it pretty cheap and cause i'm in pos. Fold this river?

I think this is ok, hes going to bet/shove the turn occasionally with the NFD trying to push you off your 99 - JJ.

And your hand looks really weak, he knows you probably dont have the Ah so its a tough call with almost all your range. Correct me if im wrong but really the only Ah hand you can have would be AQ which you are most likely betting on the turn.
