first one is a pretty easy value shove i think. second one i call without more information. he's an idiot, and idiots do stupid [censored] more than 33% of the time. second one is a lot closer though.

agaist a player with these stats, Yes. he could perfectly have something like QJ or summink.

about the first hand. Bet half a pot on the river.

1st hand I push (I'd bet like half-2/3ths of the pot if you had more left), I trust he raises decent hands on the turn. A villain with stats like these is obviously bad and therefore I assume he's hanging in with a 9 or a pp.

In the 2nd hand villain's representing 78 or a badly played monster and you've shown strenth on 2 streets, without specific reads I fold.

Not really sick but it makes up a big part of his range. He's passive for 2 streets, then bets full pot on the river which usually isn't a bluff and 78 is the only logical hand he could have, of course fish can have anything here...
