How do you extract the most value from this hand while not stacking off to KK, AA?

I think I am leading into this flop for maybe .80. On the turn I am firing again and folding to a reraise. If he flat calls then I am firing for 1/2 pot on the river.

Is there a reason you don;t use the 4BB+1BB per limper rule?
So I'd raise to $0.4 and if I get minraised I 4bet preflop.

I usually just pot it up, but is std raise 4BB + 1 per limper?

Standard raises are bad. Raise whatever amount gets the job done (i.e. if the BB will call .30 with a big range and .40 with only good hands, don't bet .40)

Don't check the flop unless you expect him to bet with anything. I'd fire on the river too. Don't worry about the runner-runner flush too much. Have another think if he raises you on the river.
