How is this?

I think folding is bad here. What could the BB have here to call with? I don't think he has a queen given your stats/read on him so I would probably call this after being pretty committed (leaving yourself with a little over 10BB.

Read it as 38/27, not 17. Makes it a bit different, but I still don't think he has a queen and would play the same.

Calling his flop shove would be terrible. Regardless of stats I'm pretty sure he can still get dealt a queen, and that is pretty much exactly how he would play it if he had one.
