why bet the turn?

i c/c a reasonable bet

once you've bet the turn there's no reason to bet the river

I really hate my betting the turn but i figured no reason to change the hand before posting. In retrospect I like a c/c on the turn if he's bluffing let him bluff. What would be your river line had I c/c the turn? c/f or c/c? I don't like blocking because our hand would look very transparent
