with 25BB i would fold preflop

i usually bet out bottom 2-pair and on this structured flop i would do it in any case.

You have to pot the flop, checking there is horrible. As to the hand, meh I had this happen the other night where I had J3 in the BB on a QJ3 flop with 2 spades (I had none) and I led the flop then a guy raised and a third shoved...basically one of them ended up with QJ but there were so many draws out that there's no way I could give one of them credit for exactly QJ or 33, which were the only 2 hands in their ranges that could beat me. This is much the same, yeah they may have something better, or have sucked out, but there's too many draws to give anyone credit for a better made hand.

Unlike lev I don't mind the PF call, it's only 2% of your stack, there's a limper in already, and 97s has decent amount of potential. However, generally I think people call too much in the SB.

Please bet the flop, you have the best hand here almost always and you dont want this getting checked through. Worst board ever to be giving free cards.

The way you played it, hard to say what i do here. Prob push.
