Default 3b Deep with 46s, flops big and gets led into, twice.

I have been playing TAG, Villain has been playing OK too. Seems not to get out of line as I have yet to see anything crazy from him.

Only hand he has shown down of note was when he called a raise OOP with 44, flopped a set on a monotone board and led out, got called, boated up on turn, checked to c/r i imagine, and led out on the 4th club river to kinda smallish

Do you guys play this the same?
I'm not quite sure what his range is here for the 2nd barrel, but he is clearly giving himself room to fold.

Yes, I would play this way with QQ/TT

BTW if that's your read then I wouldn't play the nuts the same way. If he adapts to your play correctly, then that can't be your read any more and you have to adjust.

Not a fan of calling flop when u 3b pre we have a lot of equity on flop..3ball flop and get it in..but when he leads so weak on the trn i think he could have something like AQ/TT/QQ. What is his 3b calling range?? Have you u 3b him a lot prior to this? could he be calling you light with something like KJ? Anyways i dnt think he´s folding trn.

what do u mean by too light? the raise size? If so, its my standard and i dont mind keeping it the same just because we are deep.

you shouldn't be, you need to cut down on implied odds when deep by raising a little more. And I like a flop raise, because I think that's what you're doing with a set on this board, or an overpair. And when a turn diamond comes he c/f a lot, or when the turn bricks and he pots we have to fold

This is not deep, wtf.

Also, raising the flop does well. Stacks seem nice as a turn shove (assuming he calls your flop raise) will be right at PSB. Obviously, if he reraises your flop bet, a shove is in order.
