Default TPTK vs 31/8/1 flop raise

Party Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $47.84
CO: $62.69
Hero (BTN): $60.23
SB: $128.06
BB: $63.27

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2</font>, SB calls $1.75, BB folds

Flop: ($4.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $10</font>, Hero ???

Villain is 31/8/1 going by the numbers but I've yet to see him SD a "top" hand. His flop aggro and turn AF are ~4 river AF oo

This is the first hand where my flop CB was 2/3pot rather than close to full pot - and I can't decide whether this raise is villain sensing "weakness" trying to raise me off the pot or if he has the goods.

What is Heros plan?

I think most likely hands for villain are KQ, KJ type hands, with a pair and OESD and two pair hands. Don't have poker stove now but I think pair + OESD and 2-pair hands is the right range.
