Default (NL50) Tough spots - Calling all-in?

Hello all! This is my first post and i am very interesting in such situations when on flop with top pair you need to decide - allin or fold.

1) Party Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

CO: $31.96
Hero (BTN): $49.90
SB: $98.49
BB: $50
UTG: $9.75
MP: $46.17

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, CO calls $0.50, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.50</font>, SB calls $2.25, BB folds, CO calls $2

Flop: ($8) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $4</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $12</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $20</font>, <font color="red">Hero ???</font>

Results: $32 Pot

SB: only 25 hands, VPIP = 57, PFRaise = 11, steal = 14, FAgro = 5.

2) Party Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

UTG: $41.87
MP: $38.60
CO: $50
BTN: $10.09
SB: $68.73
Hero (BB): $50.20

MP posts $0.50
CO posts $0.50
Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG checks, MP checks, <font color="red">CO raises to $3</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $10</font>, 2 folds, CO calls $7

Flop: ($20.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $14</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $40 and is All-In</font>, <font color="red">Hero ???</font>

Results: $48.75 Pot

CO: only 40 hands, VPIP = 32, PFRaise = 12, steal = over 50, FAgro = 4, WonAtSD = 60, CallPFRaise = 12.9.

Hand 1 is tough due to opponent. I really need a feel for him and the table at the time to make a decision.

Hand 2 we have to call, we've invested half our stack and hold an overpair. I expect to see QQ or TT most of time from CO, maybe 99, KK, AA the rest.

Hand 1: Fold. I don't see how you are not crushed here.

Hand 2: Call. You're getting 3 to 1 with a facecard overpair on a very ragged board. Even if his range is only AA,KK,QQ,JJ,TT you should call:

Thanks for answers. But I folded those 2 hands. In second i can give my opponent only TT as a hand which I can beat.
