Combo draw in RR pot against TAG, best line?

Villain is Ilostmyleg, he runs 19/16/3.5. Definitely one of the more aggro reg's. This is like the 3rd time I've 3-bet him this session but it's not as bad as it seems because it's been a long session. I was running like 20/15/3 and had been decently active at this table due to getting some cards. Anyway this guy loves opening on the button, he does it nearly every time.

Anyway I don't want any responses like "Just don't fold" because I feel this is a somewhat unique situation. Is betting or checking better and why? I personally think betting is better, so if we bet how much? Also I don't think we should be folding this hand on the flop. But if he flat calls a flop bet are we shoving the turn?

Bet $38/call shove.

Shove turn if called.

Betting is better because our betting range is wider than our c/r AI range. i.e. he is calling lighter

in a vacuum i'd say betting is better. b/c and c/shove work fine. you also have a bdfd, which makes me a little more inclined to bet.

I would just b/c. I think going for a c/shove is a bad idea on this board. This type of flop tends to get checked back a lot imo.
