call, def not a fold, might be a missed flush draw, he put you on 7x and is hoping to bet the scare card of K, or he might even have the K, but that doesn't matter here.

Raise preflop. A small pp is a good enough hand to steal from the blinds. I like the flop, turn and now shove river.
