Sportsbook has no record of my tourney win?! How is this possible?

Last Tuesday, i took 1st place in a tourney at Sportsbook
poker that cost 5 "Gold Chips" and the winner was supposed to receive a 42' Proton LCD TV. After the tourney i never received any confirmation email about my prize. I waited a couple days then decided to give them a call. They assured me i would get the email within a day or so...now its Sunday and i still haven't heard from them so i decided to call
again. This time they claim to have no record of me playing the tourney on the 23rd! The rep wrote a letter to the "investigations dep." and says I'll hear back within 48 hours via email.

I screwed up by not saving the Tourney ID which they asked for but its not my responsibility to keep track of this stuff, its theirs, right? Has anyone else had this happen? I'm shocked and want to know what i can do about it. Thanks

Cake is probably handling the investigation as they run the network and sb.com is just a skin. Email Cake's support, it's worth a try and their support usually responds fast.

Maybe it was a satellite or something? That's so weird that they can't figure it out after the first email. Good reason I suppose to take a screenshot of all the tourneys you final table in.
