Default NL25: Quick Donk, What do it mean?

This happens every once in a while and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas. Villain in this hand had just sat down and posted a couple of hands earliers. I mean the donk bet is whatever, but I'm interested in his timing. He hit the bet pot button like a nanosecond after the flop appeared. Is this a monster or a bluff or draw? I mean he couldn't have given any thought to what he was doing. I have run into several villains that do this. Is this like the live tell where someone over exergerates a raise or bet to appear strong when they're not? Of course he disappears after winning this hand and ratholes before the blind hits him.

on better flops you can try [censored], here i would not ,especially with CO to act behind you.

IF flop was like Q95r i might raise it to like 12, they fold a lot if you do it. But this flop doesnt merit it.

As for the timing, I dont know what to say.

I find when ppl insta pot like that, its usually a good draw like a FD or SD or both. I would not mess w/ villain here. Villain doesnt have a T here for sure, as he would probably think for a sec here.
