25nl 99 otb 3bet PF
Line check. I generally play for set value <88. Nines I tend to raise especially in position. My c-bets in 3bet pots are smaller than normal pot because when I have a big hand (overpairs included) I want them to bluff raise me and the pot is sufficently large to manipulate all-in before river if they hit something IMO.

Re: 25nl 99 otb 3bet PF
I tend to like just calling when I do have position with hands like 77-99 instead of 3betting them.
But 3betting nines are fine and your line is fine. I am trying to figure out, if 4.99 or 5.01 is more frightening to your opponent. |

I'd play it the same.

I play it the same except I bet more on the flop.

Looking back I think 5.50 is better on flop.
