25nl AJ Why do I think have best hand?

First hand I ever played against this person. He posted in middle position. Read: he's realllly bad. I turn TPTK and he raises. Brain tells me I'm good. But, I don't know why. And, I'm not sure if I should push either. Call, c/c river or fold or push?

Is he all of a sudden going crazy with a 7? Is he semibluffing 56? Did he call the flop with qj/kj? Or does he have 910/j7/j8/set?
