Default [NL25 SH] QQ on the monocolor flop

I have no read on the players a just join the table a few hands

What the correct Move fod or call ?


BB ($8.30)
UTG ($50)
MP ($9.25)
CO ($32.54)
Button ($7.65)
Hero ($21.45)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

It's best if i go allin pre-flop in this situations?

Your 3bet pf needs to be bigger. I would have raised to $4 or so. Button calling and then pushing is strange but since he's a shortstack I wouldn't read it for too much strength.

This is the point where you need to push yourself though... You can't just call here and let CO come for a ride. He just called your 3bet so it's very likely you have the best hand here. Get it all-in heads up w/the SS, especially since there'll be a lot of overlay from the dead money if CO folds (which he probably will).

As played you need to fold.

I fold here. I think he has QQ dominated here. I doubt JJ would be 4 betting the flop. I think you'd see him having AcAx or KK here - the weakest hand I can see him having is AcKx.

If we're willing to go all-in on this flop you may as well c/c since that way you get value from bluffs. I don't like this flop at all, opp has bet into a dry sidepot, c/f is correct here imo.

I would shove pre to isolate the button though.

No way I'm folding QQ against a cc/push from a shortstack, especially since CO just called hero's 3bet. This is an easy push for me.
