advice sought on endurance in cash.
I've switch from donkaments over to cash (6max 2/4nl) early in sept and i have beat it at a pretty good clip. (was a pretty respected donkament player on ftp, won basically all their bigger tourneys at least once)......anyways...to my question.....often time I don't play sessions longer than 1-1.5 hours, esp. after Im up a buy in or two at some tables....i know this really isnt optimal (considering some of the succesful hsnl players that log some long sessions)....but there is something about taking the money off and walking away for hour or two that makes me feel good>....though i know im giving up profits.....i realize this more of a physchololgy post, but i thought id post it here and see if i get any feedback thanks.

Re: advice sought on endurance in cash.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is playing too long for their comfort level. If you are most comfortable playing 1-1.5 hours then IMO it would be silly to play longer than that.

Adderall.
Seriously, though, you have to have been playing for hours when you were playing those big MTTs. Just do that. It's ok to take a 5-10 min break every hour or so. |

4 x 2 hours sessions per day works for me. After each session I'll take a break where I can check how I'm doing and clear my head of any beats I took.

Re: advice sought on endurance in cash.
i just play whenever i want...i used to do monster sessions when i would get stuck like 821904 buyins in the first 5 mins but now just try and cut the session short when that happens.
