Bet the river in hand 2.
KT in the SB I 3 bet against loose button stealers. I never coldcall. 88 in the SB is a 3 bet against all of those players IMO. |

Hand 1, no he won't call with a worse hand on that board.
Hand 2, Bet for value on river, if he flopped a straight he should have raised on turn, the same goes if he has a set. The river card is usually good since you now beat all his 2-pair hands. He had two outs and he probably would have called river even if he didn't catched trips. That means that your check loses 1BB 19 times and saves 1BB 1 time. |
