Actually there is no hand that villain could have that makes any sense other than the ones that beat Ribbo.

What did he bet $4 into this flop and turn with that he raises with on the river?

I personally would be like "[censored] you, you minbetting [censored], I [censored] shove you, just because I have Quads and you annoy me", and lose a ton of money.

I disagree. I could see playing kkxx this way. straight flush will show up, but playing omaha in ways to avoid straight flushes seems very odd.
