Default 2nl AQ with shorties on dry flop. Spew?

SB is 65/25/1 over small sample
no stats on UTG

Should I just call on such a dry board?

I'd just raise enough to put UTG all-in. SB might come along with A4 or something.

I don't see too much wrong with this. But keep in mind they still have almost 100BB, even though it's not the max buyin for the table. Usually SB will either fold or call you with a worse hand. You could try flatcalling and maybe get value on the turn, also.
