Raise pre flop is OK. On the flop - which you missed completely - you're pot commited if you do anything. I would check behind. On turn, I would push as a semi bluff.

I believe preflop push is +Ev here, so i usually do it that way. On button id rather raise since i'd have position.

Not sure I would push but I would have made a meaningful raise to steal the blinds.

Pushing is one idea but I'd rather steal the blinds and wait it out.

Erm, why?

I think cbetting to leave yourself that short sucks.

And he is making pretty much nothing fold on the turn that called on the flop. Although, yeah, he's pretty much got to stick it in once he gets there.
