Villain is 66/22/2.7 - 65 hands
I check turn behind with the intention to call a river bet.
His river bet seems like a value bet, but i don't think i can fold there. Don't really know how to play JJ overpair
in reraised pot against some kinda LAG-fish. Is my line to weak or should i simply b/c turn?

eh played fine. i would heavily consider betting the turn for value.

I like exacly the way you played it unless my read on villian is that he plays big pots with A high or one pair type hands (that may be the case here given he pre flop stats.)

As played you can not possibly fold the river. $42 into a $165
almost any real hand is worth 4 to 1....If you had AK it would be almost worth it.
