Default 25NL Overpair facing a smooth call and CRAI

SB is 21.59/6.06/0.84 over 264
BB is 23.43/16.96/2.24 over 705 (possibly 2+2'er)

I'm an ubernit at this table (card dead)

not sure what to do now. I'm 50/50 vs 2 overs +FD, set has me crushed and other than that there are only draws....

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BB: $25.20
UTG: $32.85
CO: $26.80
Hero (BTN): $75.95
SB: $32.65

Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $0.85</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.50</font>, SB calls $2.40, BB calls $2.25, CO folds

Flop: ($8.35) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $5</font>, SB calls $5, <font color="red">BB raises to $22.70 and is All-In</font>, ............?????????????????
