Default MTT Bankroll management

What is the proper amount of buy-ins for any given tournament you should have in order to practice good bankroll management?
Is it the same as cash games, where you need atleast 25-30 buy-ins? Is there any articles in this forum that can help me or will somebody let me know personaly.

The generic number is 100, probably less for the 180s, and more for the gigantic tournaments like the million.
