he thinked preflop and on the flop for a while. after check he pushes turn fast

In before the lock/move. Just shove the turn if you are going to play preflop and flop in this fashion.

what do i beat?
pokerstove says i have 24% equity against his range
i get 1:2,7 to a call. so i need 27% equity.
according to pokerstove : fold, but i dont like it
