Need help with a situation

About a year ago I created a FTP account under my dad's name. At the time I was under the impression that you had to be 21 years old to make an account. (I was 18, now 19)

So now the predicament is this: To withdraw money from FTP, I have to get my dad to do it which is inconvenient to say the least. I want my account to be under my name. What is the best course of action to accomplish this?

Just make another account in your own name and transfer to it. As long as the individuals with the accounts are actually legit humans with ID to back it up if FTP comes asking, there shouldn't be a problem.

Myself, my girlfriend and a roommate had 3 different accounts playing off the same IP/computers without any problems.
