I don't think there's much you can do here. You have to hit the flop really (really) hard in a 5-way pot in order to continue with this hand IMO.

Your options are an all-in bluff and a fold. The former is really a risk and you have a little bit of equity if a K, Q, or J hits but you're probably a dog and he's probably calling.
