Default $10NL - AA not sure how if I played this right. Comments?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($1.40)
Button ($6.90)
SB ($10.30)
BB ($5.75)
Hero ($10)
UTG+1 ($1.55)
MP1 ($18.30)
MP2 ($14.05)
MP3 ($1.75)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.4</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls $0.40, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls $0.40, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Flop: ($1.35) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $3</font>, CO folds, Hero calls $2.

Turn: ($7.35) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 bets $2</font>, Hero calls $2.

River: ($11.35) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 bets $4.7</font>, Hero calls $4.60 (All-In).

Final Pot: $20.55

I'm really unsure how I did here, was I right calling the raise on the flop and the bet on the turn. Was planning to check/raise the river, seemed like a clear call to me?

Villain was 12/6/1.75 over 100 hands.

I stick it in on the flop but that just me. I doubt he does this with a flush unless he's a super nit. QK/QA are often seen here, he may have a set but for 100bb's I'm reasonably happy getting it in here. You've got a tone of outs.

as played: it's fine.

You played it ok. You could have also gotten really aggressive on the flop and maybe put in a reraise since you're drawing OOP (if he holds the flush). Your hand is great on the flop, and when it comes down to the river it gets tough. It's almost as if you're beat because he probably has the flush, but you just hit your set. With MP2's betting it doesn't seem like he was scared by that flush since he bet every street, so it could be a fold on the river. He seems pretty damn confident he has you beat.

Again, stats would help.

I hit fullhouse on the river because of the paired board, so I had the flush beat. So only thing I'm losing to here is 99, so easy call?
