Default I really want to look him up here

UTG is a donk running about 50/10/.8 with a river aggression of 3.8 over 140 hands.

1/2 NL

Button ($209.35)
SB ($193.00)
BB Hero ($200.00)
UTG ($300.34)
UTG+1 ($256.16)

Preflop: Hero is in the BB with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls 2.00, 2 folds, SB calls 1.00, Hero raises to 10.00, UTG calls 8.00, SB calls 8.00.

Flop (30.00) 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero bets 24.00, UTG calls 24.00, SB calls 24.00.

Turn (102.00) 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks.

River (102.00) J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets 100.00, 1 fold, Hero?

He checked behind on the turn really fast which doesn't make sense if he had an ace. Plus he limped preflop which also points towards some kind of pp, although donks do this with bad aces as well. Plus betting 100 even into this 102 pot seems like it is begging for a fold. Comments welcome on all streets, thanks.

I play it the same except I dont call the river, I dont think he's trying to bluff 2 guys out of a dry A high board often enough for this call to be profitable

There arent many hands for him to be bluffing w/.

He's also less likely to be bluffing w/ the sb there to.

I'd fold till I had a better read.

i dont hate a flop bet, but once you get called in 2 spots, your desire to look someone up should go away. the odds that you are being bluffed here are slim. fold and move on.

I think betting flop might be debatable. It's very likely that one of these guys limped a weak ace - and they not gonna fold it on the flop.

I don't think that betting is bad at all but just kinda meh..

I think you played it fine and river is a fold IMO.

I really don't like a flop bet. It's WA/WB, i'd check, then most likely bet this turn for value.
