I saw a CR-vid with CTS today and he checked behind alot with hands with showdown value, but this is not situations you should do it then?

Definitely not hand 2 as your hand is fragile and you stand a good chance of taking it down. Hand 1 I guess you could talk me into a check, but I'd want villain to be very likely to c/r me.
