Default i ate a piece of bacon that wasnt cooked totally.
and now i cant sleep and my stomach is making louder sounds than it ever has before..

any suggestions on helping me feel better?!

When I was a child I used to eat raw bacon right from the package out of the fridge

oddly I was never sick from it
