How stupid i am, you already know the outcome now ("Sad Hand"), he shows Q10.
I put him on two pairs(KJ) or AK, trying to protect from straights and flushes. Well no, he actually reraised preflop with Q10...

Yeah, you got a free card on the flop, which is more than you could have wanted. The best you could have reasonably put villain on was two pair or a draw. His chances of holding exactly QT are low enough that they're canceled out by complete trash like underpairs or overcards.
Easy call, don't overthink this kind of stuff. SNG's are too short to consider folding a set without the perfect read + board + action combination.

A naked ten has you an 80/20 favorite. A flush draw has you 85/15. Thxh has you 70/30. Pat yourself on the back for making the right play, and ship those Sklansky bucks.
