Im guessing he might have KJ here. AQ wouldnt take such a strange line of check/calling the flop just to c/r the turn. 66s folds the flop here. 9/Ts would most likely c/r or lead out as this is a danger flop.

A line like this is hardly ever a bluff, just fold
