How good is your read? Have you seen him get frisky with scare cards before?

Not much a passive guy is donking you here with that you are happy about. A8? You might look him up if you think he is messing, but he probably isn't.

if this read* is good then I dont like paying two bets to win this SMALL POT. Then again i dont like folding TP heads up.

*the more info you have here the better. eg if you are running pahud and pokertracker then consider posting whatever stats you had on other player(s) and if you ahve any notes on players then give them as well. you never know what might be inportant or whether or not the forum will intepret stats differently/better/worse than you do.

How does that improve your hand? Your kicker already plays and if you were out kicked you probably would have known on the turn.

don't give player information like this ... it a PT designation and could mean about a million thinks

it could range from 70/1/1 (who is not LPP)
to
40/1/0.5 ... who is

depending on the guy ... this could range from raise/call/fold
