I like the check behind on the turn, he can't call you unless he's got you beat. So I would just called behind on the river, incase you induced a bluff.

I think I call vs him, 3 agg rating for a 40 vpip is really aggro, and you are getting good odds on the end.

we arent thinking about folding.
i think its a simple call. i just dont see a lot of value in a raise.
