Default NL 100 - QQ vs unknown

First time I sit down with this guy so no reads.

Poker770 0.50/1.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

saw flop | <font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

Button ($155.32)
SB ($102.80)
BB <font color="#C00000">BB ($107.95)</font>
UTG Hero ($111.98)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero raises to 4.00, 2 folds, BB raises to 12.00, Hero calls 9.00.

Flop (26.50) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
BB bets 25.00

I always have trouble playing in those spots. Do I have to 4bet preflop (and fold to a shove ?) everytime to prevent this situation from happening ?

As played I think any move from here is goin to commit me on this pot no matter what, am I being too weak if I just fold ?

4betting pre and folding to shove is bad since he might shove TT, JJ, or AK (.50/1 players r often bad). So neways I'd c/c the flop and c/f to later aggression. I think TT and JJ check behind turn, and AK almost certainly does, but KK and AA stick it in. So you sorta just have to play pot control in this spot... very sticky situation.

every time someone 4 bets and folds to a shove god kills a kitten... save da kittens. call and plan on getting it in on most turns seems fine.

I think I get it on the flop. Too many turn scare cards that either kills our action or lets him draw out. Villain will not fold 99-JJ on the flop anyway.

4-bet/folding is fine sometimes if you only make it like 32, and villain's range to shove is super-narrow, but against not against an unknown with QQ lol.
